The Requests → Transactions view provides a complete record of all transactions associated with your entity — pending, approved, rejected, and issued. All users with access to a vault can view that vault’s transaction history. From the main navigation, go to Requests → Transactions. This view lists all transactions across the vaults you have access to within your entity.

What the Table Shows

ColumnDescription
StatusCurrent state of the transaction

Filtering Transactions

Use the filter controls at the top of the table to narrow results:
  • Status — Filter by one or more states: Pending Review, Approved, Rejected, Issued, Scheduled, Signing In Progress, Errored
  • Vault — Filter to a specific vault
Filters are reflected in the page URL, so filtered views can be bookmarked or shared with team members.

Transaction Detail View

Click any row to open the full transaction detail page. This page shows:
  • Transfer details — source vault, destination address, network, token, amount, and fee
  • Risk assessment — automated security analysis result and any flagged details
  • Approval history — each approver who has acted on the transaction and when
  • Transaction ID — unique internal identifier (with copy button)
  • On-chain hash — once issued, a link to the blockchain explorer for independent verification
  • Status timeline — a record of every state change

Sharing a Transaction

Each transaction detail page has a Share button that copies a direct link to that transaction. Links can be shared with other team members. If the recipient does not have access to the same entity, they will see an access notice when opening the link.

DeFi Transactions

Transactions initiated through WalletConnect dApp connections appear in the transaction history with an Auto approval indicator. These are automatically approved by Fortary’s backend per the DeFi operator’s configured policy — they do not go through the standard manual approval workflow. More details on this in the DeFi transaction section.
